Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using VSEEE, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use VSEEE. Additional terms displayed for a particular feature or purchase also apply to that feature or purchase.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate, current account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify VSEEE promptly through the Contact page if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Clinical-use limitations
VSEEE provides general education and procedure orientation for clinical personnel. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, patient-specific guidance, clinical direction, competency validation, credentialing or a substitute for training and professional judgment.
Users must independently verify information against current orders, responsible-clinician instructions, facility policies, manufacturer instructions, applicable law, scope-of-practice requirements and the resources responsible for the case. VSEEE does not guarantee readiness, safety or any clinical outcome.
Prohibited information and conduct
You may not enter patient names, medical-record numbers, dates of birth, photographs, diagnoses, schedules, case details or other identifiable health information. You may not misuse VSEEE, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape or copy the service at scale, impersonate another person, or use VSEEE unlawfully.
Content and permitted use
VSEEE and its content, design, software, marks and organization are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, VSEEE grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for your own lawful professional orientation. No ownership rights are transferred.
User submissions and feedback
You retain rights you hold in material you submit. You give VSEEE permission to host, process, reproduce and use submissions as needed to operate, secure, support and improve the service. Feedback and suggestions may be used without restriction or compensation. Do not submit information you lack authority to provide.
VSEEE Complete and payments
VSEEE does not collect subscription payments today. Pricing or feature descriptions displayed before checkout becomes available are informational and do not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge.
Before paid Complete access opens, checkout will disclose the current price, billing frequency, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation method, and material refund terms. A user will be required to affirmatively select an offering, authorize any recurring charge, accept the then-current Terms of Use, and acknowledge the Privacy Notice before payment.
When subscriptions become available, the checkout disclosures and accepted terms will govern renewal, cancellation, access through a paid period, refunds, proration, taxes, and promotional conditions, subject to applicable law.
Third-party services and links
VSEEE may rely on or link to third-party services, references, manufacturers and payment providers. Their services and content are governed by their own terms and practices. A link or reference does not by itself constitute endorsement or a guarantee of accuracy, availability or suitability.
Availability and changes
VSEEE may change, correct, limit, suspend or discontinue content, features or access. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, security events, technical problems or circumstances outside VSEEE’s control.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VSEEE is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. VSEEE does not warrant that content is complete, current, accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, secure or suitable for a particular facility, user, patient or clinical circumstance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VSEEE and its owners, personnel, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions or clinical outcomes arising from or related to use of or inability to use VSEEE. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
VSEEE may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties; respond to legal requirements; address nonpayment when paid access becomes available; or enforce these terms. You may stop using the public service at any time.
Changes to these terms
VSEEE may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date, and additional notice will be provided when required by law. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
