Privacy & Legal Notice

VSEEE is designed to provide procedure orientation without collecting patient information.

Effective August 23, 2026

Clinical-use and legal notice

VSEEE is an informational technology platform, not a healthcare provider, physician, licensed clinician, or certified healthcare professional. VSEEE content is provided for general education and procedure orientation only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, patient-specific guidance, or clinical direction.

Use of VSEEE does not create a clinician–patient, provider–patient, supervisory, consulting, or other professional healthcare relationship. VSEEE does not credential, license, supervise, or authorize any person to perform a procedure or provide clinical care.

Independent verification required

Users must independently evaluate and verify all information before relying on it. VSEEE does not replace current patient-specific orders, instructions from the responsible clinician, facility policies and procedures, approved preference information, manufacturer instructions, professional judgment, or direct communication with the responsible clinical team.

Users and organizations remain responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws; licensing, credentialing, privileging, certification, and scope-of-practice requirements; accreditation standards; professional obligations; and facility policies.

Accuracy and availability

Clinical practices, terminology, equipment, products, regulations, standards, and facility requirements change. Although VSEEE is designed to present source-conscious and reviewable information, VSEEE does not guarantee that all content is complete, current, error-free, appropriate for a particular facility, or suitable for a particular patient or clinical circumstance.

Content may be corrected, updated, limited, suspended, or removed. Users should consult the cited sources and controlling authorities when making professional or organizational decisions.

Our privacy approach

  • Collect information needed to provide, secure, support, and improve VSEEE.
  • Explain the categories of parties with whom information may be shared and why.
  • Limit access to personal account content according to account permissions and service needs.
  • Provide privacy choices and request methods required by applicable law.
  • Do not permit patient information to be entered into the public VSEEE service.

Information VSEEE may process

When account services are enabled, VSEEE may process account details such as your name, email address, authentication provider, subscription level, saved procedures, search history, favorites, notes, preferences, communications, and privacy choices. Hosting, analytics, and security systems may also process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, page activity, referral information, and request logs.

Payments

VSEEE does not collect subscription payments today. If subscription checkout is activated, VSEEE expects payment processing to be handled by Stripe. VSEEE may then receive subscription, customer, billing, and transaction status needed to provide and manage paid access, but would not receive full payment-card numbers from Stripe Checkout. Stripe’s own privacy terms would apply to information processed directly by Stripe.

HIPAA and protected health information

HIPAA applies to covered entities and their business associates in defined circumstances. This public VSEEE service is not intended to create, receive, maintain, or transmit protected health information.

VSEEE does not represent that every current or future feature is HIPAA compliant. A facility may use a VSEEE service for protected health information only after VSEEE has expressly authorized that use in writing, the required business associate agreement is in effect, and the applicable administrative, physical, technical, and contractual safeguards have been verified.

How information is used

Information may be used to authenticate users, provide requested features, personalize accounts, manage subscriptions, communicate with users, measure and improve VSEEE, protect accounts, troubleshoot problems, maintain service reliability, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, and support advertising or sponsorship activities where permitted by law and disclosed to users.

How and with whom information is shared

VSEEE may share personal information with providers that support hosting, authentication, databases, security, analytics, communications, customer support, and payment processing. Information may also be shared with professional advisers; government authorities, regulators, or other parties when required or permitted by law; recipients selected by a user; and parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of the business.

VSEEE may share limited information with advertising or sponsorship partners where permitted by law and disclosed at or before collection. The information shared, its purpose, and any available consent, opt-out, or other privacy choices may vary by feature, location, and applicable law.

Retention and deletion

Personal information may be retained as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, protect security, resolve disputes, satisfy legal or accounting requirements, enforce agreements, and maintain necessary records. Retention periods may vary by information type and purpose. Eligible users may submit an access, correction, deletion, or privacy-choice request through the Privacy Requests page, subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions.

Security

VSEEE is designed around data minimization, encrypted connections, authenticated access, least-privilege authorization, server-controlled subscription permissions, logging, and controlled administrative access. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may choose not to create an account and use available public procedure orientation. Use Your Privacy Choices to manage a device-level opt-out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising where that right applies. VSEEE also recognizes Global Privacy Control signals.

You may use the Privacy Requests page to request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information. Rights vary by location and are subject to verification and legal exceptions.

Changes to this notice

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Additional notice will be provided when required by law or appropriate for a significant change in how personal information is handled.
