clinical teams.
What VSEEE provides, how the information supports procedure readiness, and what must still be confirmed at your facility.
About VSEEE
Who is VSEEE for, and what does it help them do?
VSEEE is designed for clinicians and facility teams preparing for physician-ordered procedures that may be unfamiliar to them. It helps surgical technologists, registered nurses, C-arm technologists, directors of nursing, and other facility personnel quickly become familiar with the procedure.
Each guide provides a practical knowledge base covering the procedure, supplies, equipment, and instruments that may be involved. It is intended to reduce time spent gathering general procedure information and provide a shared starting point for team preparation and communication. VSEEE does not guarantee readiness, safety, or any clinical outcome.
Is VSEEE intended for patients?
No. VSEEE is intended for clinical staff and facility teams. It helps healthcare professionals find general procedure information, become familiar with unfamiliar procedures, and support their day-to-day responsibilities in the workplace.
VSEEE is not intended to provide patients with medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or instructions. Patients should direct questions about their care to their physician or qualified healthcare professional.
Which specialties are included in VSEEE?
VSEEE organizes procedure guides by specialty. Available specialties include Pain Management, Neuro/Spine, and Orthopedics. Only specialties with available procedure information are displayed. Additional specialties will appear as the VSEEE knowledge base expands.
What information does each procedure guide include?
Each VSEEE guide provides general orientation to the relevant body part or anatomical area, staff who may be involved, procedure-readiness and safety considerations, common equipment and instruments, basic supplies, and procedure-specific supplies.
The guide identifies what is commonly needed, what may vary, and what must be confirmed against the physician’s or surgeon’s orders, requirements, and preferences.
Clinical readiness
Does VSEEE replace clinical instruction, training, or experience?
No. VSEEE does not replace clinical instruction, professional training, competency, credentialing, or experience. It provides a general knowledge base to help clinical teams become familiar with an ordered procedure and prepare more efficiently.
Procedures may vary based on facility protocols, available equipment and supplies, physician or surgeon preferences, and staff roles and experience. Clinicians must confirm requirements locally and work within their training, credentials, responsibilities, and scope of practice.
What does “confirm locally” mean?
“Confirm locally” means verifying procedure requirements with the people and resources responsible for the case at the facility. This may include the physician or surgeon, registered nurse, surgical technologist, C-arm technologist, director of nursing, and facility leadership.
The team should confirm staffing, equipment, instruments, supplies, room setup, and physician or surgeon preferences according to the facility’s established policies.
Accounts, subscriptions and privacy
Who can save procedure searches and profile preferences?
Public procedure orientation is available without an account. An individual VSEEE Complete subscriber can use the personal account features made available with the subscription, including saved procedure searches and selected profile preferences.
How are saved procedure searches managed?
When account features launch, subscribers will be able to view saved procedure searches in the Search History section of their profile. Available account controls and retention periods will be explained before the feature is activated. Users may also submit requests concerning eligible personal information through VSEEE’s privacy-request process, subject to applicable law and required retention exceptions.
How do subscriptions, cancellation and refunds work?
VSEEE is not accepting subscription payments today. Before paid Complete access opens, checkout will show the current price, billing interval, automatic-renewal authorization, cancellation method, and applicable refund terms for affirmative review and acceptance.
Use the Contact page to ask about Complete access. The VSEEE Terms of Use will govern any subscription that is later offered.
Does VSEEE share subscriber information?

VSEEE may share personal information with providers that support hosting, authentication, security, analytics, communications, and payment processing; professional advisers; authorities or other parties when legally required; parties involved in a business transaction; advertising or sponsorship partners where permitted and disclosed; and recipients a user selects or directs VSEEE to share with.
The categories, purposes, and available choices are described in the Privacy Notice. Users should never enter patient information in VSEEE.
Can patient information be entered or saved?
